Karl Salyer, Partnerships Director
Karl Salyer is the Partnerships Director for Tri Arrow Freight, bringing a diverse background shaped by years of experience across multiple industries, including logistics. An Air Force veteran, Karl served as an EMT in both Japan and Missouri, developing the calm leadership and quick decision-making he’s known for today. Outside of work, Karl is an avid disc golfer, car and motorcycle enthusiast, and a passionate chef who loves experimenting in the kitchen. Dedicated both personally and professionally, he enjoys life at home with his wife and their six children.
William Duncan, Technical Director
William Duncan is the Technical Director for Tri Arrow Freight, leveraging a strong background in advanced logistics and technology shaped by six years of service in the United States Air Force. Serving overseas in South Korea and the United Arab Emirates, as well as stateside in Illinois, William held a variety of high-level logistics roles that strengthened his expertise in systems, operations, and problem-solving. Today, he applies that experience to building the technical foundation that drives Tri Arrow Freight forward. In his free time, William enjoys working with computers, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with friends.
Tony Shlimanoff, Carrier Relations
Tony is the Carrier Relations Director for Tri Arrow Freight, bringing a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and logistics expertise from his five years of service in the United States Air Force. Stationed at Scott AFB as a ground transportation vehicle operator and dispatcher, Tony also served with honor in the Air Force Honor Guard. Today, he channels that same commitment into building trusted partnerships with carriers and ensuring reliable, efficient freight solutions. Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, attending car shows, and taking on new home renovation projects.
